WOYWW 820

 Good morning, crafty friends!

I have about 4" of snow ( less than we were forecast) and the temperature is currently 8* F.

My desk is in a sad state. I started with a zoom call at 8 a.m. CST with my business mentor, Amber McCue. I spent most of the day working on the laptop there before moving back to where I usually work on the computer. I was there until 6:30 p.m.  Way too long on the screen but Tuesday nights are my 'late' night with my writing group.

I'll mess it up later today. I want to finish cutting hearts from all of the January 2022 Paper Pumpkin scraps and get that put away. Then I think I'll be back to cutting map inserts out for the pockets in the 50 states journal.

Thank you to those of you who shared your places of interest last week. Even if you aren't in the US, was nice to hear about places you treasure.

That's it for my desk (and story) this week. Who's Miss Sarah and why am I here?  When you are done visiting me in the Ozarks, please hop on over to Sarah’s Craft Shed for all the details. Miss Sarah has a long list of other studios you can peek into. No standing on an up-turned milk pail to look in the window. We open the doors wide and welcome you.  Please leave your number and you'll be among the first on my list.

 Creative Blessings!

~ Kelly

  1. Hope your desk has had a good workout today after all that screen time yesterday Kelly. That's a bit too chilly for me, so plenty of indoor craft time would be my plan. Settling down for a leisurely desk visit after a lovely lie in. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah

  2. The snow looks beautiful but I’m glad we dont’ have any in the UK! Though it is really cold here, a few degrees below average for the whole of February. Brrrrrrrr. Hope you managed some crafty time today as a reward for all the screen time yesterday!

  3. Wow! That’s minus 13 C. Do you have the heating on 24 hours or do you just wrap up warm? Happy WOYWW. Angela #15

  6. There seems to have been lots of snow in other countries but not so much here. I love it when we're away skiing but not so bothered about it when we're home. The UK is never properly prepared for it anyway. Wishing you a very happy woyww, Angela x14x

  7. The snow is beautiful! We were supposed to get snow today, but it did not happen! I spend a lot of time in front of my computer, also. I have formed the habit of getting up every hour and running on my treadmill for 15 minutes! I have lost weight and my brain seems to work better!
I hope your desk has a productive week!
