WOYWW #360

I'm down to two weeks left to finish this studio and while I know I've made a dent (though a small one), I really am going to have to push if I'm to finish getting the studio in order by the time Bob comes home.

As you can see, everything I had sorted last week has been put away. Yay!
My Journaling by 5s journal is on the left, waiting for this week's challenge. The red binder will become my Stampin Up catalog - my visual of everything that is current that I have... stamp sets, cardstock/ designer paper, inks. So as I'm ordering and planning projects for my SU blog, I know what I have to work with. There are some page protectors in the front to use and one of several boxes of SU stamp sets that I need to catalog. That is my project for today, as my kit arrives this afternoon.

That's my desk? What's on yours? When you are done visiting me in the Ozarks, please hop on over to Stamping Ground where Miss Julia has a long list of other studios you can peek into. No standing on an up-turned milk pail to look in the window. We open the doors wide and welcome you. We won’t touch.. just look. J  I can't wait to peek but if Bob is home for I might be late again getting 'round. Pleaseleave your number and you'll be first on my list.

  11. Hey Kelly, thanks for the visit, sorry about the belated visit, work kicked my butt yesterday!! Organising is such a non-stop task when you have a craft space! I promise that I will show you Nikki's finished pocket letter, before I send it. Cx #50

  12. I am impressed you are going to track it all in the notebook. I tend to wing things that way so, although I don't buy duplicate stamp sets I do have a big stack of unopened cardstock in the closet for fear of running out haha. :) Thanks for the earlier visit, ~Stacy #55

  13. I bet you can't wait to get finished with your organising - it's such a good feeling isn't it! It's great having a target to meet too, I always work harder when I'm under pressure!

  14. Sounds like you are on the right track sorting and putting away, such a nice feeling.... Yes the sunflower is a giant one. I took it out of the CD case yesterday as it was getting too big and have planted 2 more seeds in the CD case, one pointing up and one pointing down as a sort of experiment. My seedling is now in a plastic glass so hoping to see lots more roots growing. Thanks for visiting me today BJ#32

  15. Wow Kelly, this all looks very organised. I like the idea of making a catalogue of what you've got. I might do this sometime - a quick and useful resource when you've got a lot of stuff and are likely to forget what you've got!! Also the journaling journal is something to think about - somehow it reminds me of my sister who makes lists of her lists lol!!

Thank you for your nice comment and I'm glad you like my painting. I've got quite a few new things that I haven't got round to using yet but they'll still be waiting when I'm ready so I don't feel bad about it. You will use your new brushes one day! I'm making slow progress relearning the cutting machine - tonight I made some notes from the information I saved on my computer when I was doing it before, and it's all starting to come back a bit now.

    Happy belated WOYWW,

  16. That looks terribly organized to me! I love the image on standing peering in the window on an upturned mil pail! Thanks for that!
