Good morning, crafty friends!
Thank you, everyone, who left condolences for HoneyB. We're gradually accepting not having to get up at 5 a.m. to put him out or having him want out every time he thinks there's a squirrel out there to chase off.
On the upside, we no longer have to block him from the litter box or worry if we're leaving him kenneled too long if we want/ need to go somewhere. Most anywhere we go is a 2-hour round trip plus the things we need to do in between. Makes for a long day for a dog when it's too cold to leave him out in the run. Just life adjustments after eleven years.
Bob has already pulled the fence & posts that enclosed the run. When weather warms up, we'll set it up as a patio.
I have three pictures to show you today.
First, my desk with leftovers from yesterday's tag creation. You can see just the tag on yesterday's post HERE. To the left you can see a spool of ribbon.. a very pretty net ribbon from Stampin' Up! holiday catalog as well as a couple packages of their new heart doilies from the same catalog I need to put in the scrap rack
That's it for my desk (and story)
this week. Who's Miss Sarah and why am I here?
When you are done visiting me in the Ozarks, please hop on over to Sarah’sCraft Shed for all the details. Miss Sarah has a long list of other studios you
can peek into. No standing on an up-turned milk pail to look in the window. We
open the doors wide and welcome you.
Please leave your number and you'll be among the first on my list.
~ Kelly
What a pretty tag love it. Not quite got my head around what a "scrap rack spinders" is but sounds like you are well organised and ready to go. Oh for a trolley (cart) saw one on Julia's desk as well today but sadly no room for one here. Hugs Bj#1
ReplyDeleteThat was such a pretty tag. Enjoy your sorting out.

Cathartic, sorting out like you do it, am always so impressed that you plan it so well. For me it usually happens in the middle of looking for somehting that I just know I have but cant find at it drives me nuts! Sounds to me like you're really on top of it again. So sorry to read about HoneyB, it is a real re-learning after 11 years of habits that you'd rather not haveto change.
ReplyDeleteHi, sorry for being late as I'm on catch up since we got back. I know dogs can be very tying but the house feels strange without them. We are lucky that we have a good kennel company where we can take our two and they like it though of course they are always pleased to see us when we get back. Sometimes we just have to stop crafting and rearange things so well done you. Wishing you a very happy woyww. Hugs Angela x14x
ReplyDeleteA very pretty tag. Is your binder ATC sized? I use a baseball size card holder, but then I am not sure what to with the slightly bigger stuff. I go some various sized pockets from Temu, but they are a bit flimsy! Hugs Angela #10
ReplyDeletegood to hear you are sorting things out and making things easier to find. I am late as I had something to sort out after work. thanks for visiting already Helen #2
ReplyDeleteGosh you are so organised Kelly. The tag is pretty and so are the contents of that binder. Neet has been in touch and she has been allowed home from hospital. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah
ReplyDeleteWhat good sorting! I spend most of my time searching for things I know I have somewhere!!
